Responsibilities

• Welcome and thank guests with attentive hospitality.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, seating, calls, and guest notes.
• Communicate wait times and update guests as conditions change.
• Coordinate seating with managers and service teams for balanced pacing.
• Maintain an organized host stand and entry area.
• Identify special occasions, accessibility needs, and recovery opportunities.
