Job summary

Whiskey Joe's Port Richey is seeking a Host/Hostess to welcome guests, manage seating, and provide exceptional front-of-house service. You will greet guests, escort them to tables, and maintain an organized host stand while communicating with servers and managers to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities include answering calls, taking reservations, and responding to guest inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Manage the seating chart and balance guest preferences with server sections.
• Provide accurate wait times and assist guests during waiting period.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage the guest list.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and entryway.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and managers for a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including helping with special events.
