Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and assess seating preferences.
• Escort guests to their table and present menus, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to maximize turnover.
• Update waitlist and communicate with guests to ensure prompt seating.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station and entrance area.
• Describe menu items, prices, and preparation methods to guests; assist with suggestive selling.
