Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests and escort to tables or waiting areas.
• Reservation & Waitlist Management: Take bookings, track live availability, estimate wait times.
• Floor Coordination: Balance table rotation to maintain even workloads.
• Customer Service: Answer menu questions and handle basic guest requests or complaints.
• Side Work & Maintenance: Keep entrance clean, stock menus, and assist with to-go orders.
