Homegrown Hospitality Group in Charleston, SC is seeking a friendly Server to join our team. You will provide excellent customer service, help guests have a memorable dining experience, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, deliver meals, handle concerns, and help keep the dining area clean and organized, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.

Formación

• Experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and elevate when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
