Job summary

PopStroke is hiring a Guest Service Associate at our Tennessee venue. You’ll be the face of PopStroke, delivering energy, hospitality, and a memorable experience from check-in to play. You’ll welcome guests, help with memberships, and ensure teams create WOW moments.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or high-volume customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create the PopStroke Experience: Welcome every guest with energy and enthusiasm; build connections beyond check-in; anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Be the Face of PopStroke: Check guests in, explain the venue experience, assist with golf play, memberships, pricing, and other offerings; promote services.
• Own the Venue With Your Team: Partner with Operations, F&B, Events; maintain clean, stocked guest-facing areas; handle transactions accurately.
• Be a proactive problem-solver who leaves the venue better than you found it; adapt to busy periods and guest needs.
• Work across indoor and outdoor spaces, engaging with guests and teams to sustain high energy.
