Job summary

PopStroke seeks a personable Guest Service Associate to welcome guests, explain the venue experience, and help guests enjoy their visit. You’ll engage guests, answer questions, and support team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.

The role requires charisma, high energy, and strong communication to connect with guests, families, and groups while promoting memberships and additional offerings.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest-service instincts and ability to resolve issues in the moment.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm.
• Check guests in and explain the venue experience.
• Assist guests with golf play, app, memberships.
• Promote memberships and other offerings.
• Handle inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Maintain clean, stocked guest areas.
• Collaborate with venue team for a seamless experience.
