Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers bring home design dreams to life with friendly, pressure-free service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role supports a team-driven culture, offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions, and presents opportunities for growth in sales, management, and product support across the national store network.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Hourly advance / draw vs. commission pay structure.
