Job summary

Kalispell Ford is seeking a friendly Greeter/Valet to welcome guests and guide them to the right service area. You will assist in keeping the service lane orderly and park guest vehicles for service and pickup.

Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate professional appearance with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework preferred.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Ability to work independently while being part of the service team.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experiences.
• Greet and guide guests to the appropriate service areas.
• Keep the service lane clear and tidy.
• Valet guest vehicles into the correct service and pickup areas.
• Assist service writers, service manager and technicians in guest follow-up as needed.
