Kalispell Ford is seeking a friendly Greeter/Valet to join our team in Kalispell, MT. You will greet guests, guide them to the service area, and park/return vehicles for service and pickup, contributing to a smooth guest experience.

The role supports a collaborative service team and offers opportunities for advancement in a growing dealership, with a full-time schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent guest-facing communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experiences and greet guests.
• Guide guests to service areas and keep lanes tidy.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles for service and pickup.
• Assist service writers and managers with guest follow-up as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide excellent guest experiences
• Greet and guide guests to the appropriate service areas
• Assist in keeping the service lane clear and tidy
• Valet guest vehicles into the appropriate area for service and pick-up.
• Assist service writers, service manager and technicians in guest follow-up or communications as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred
• Ability to drive both automatic & manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the service team
• Computer literacy & detailed follow-up
• Professional appearance and exceptional communications skills
• A proactive approach to your career with relation to job responsibilities, business growth and daily development
