Job summary

Kalispell Ford is hiring a Greeter/Valet to welcome guests and guide them to the right service areas. You’ll help keep the service lane orderly and ensure smooth guest flow throughout visits.

In this role you’ll valet vehicles for service and pickup, assist service writers and managers with communications, and contribute to a friendly, professional experience for every guest. High school diploma preferred, training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to greet guests professionally and communicate clearly.
• Comfort with driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Dependable team player with strong follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them to service areas.
• Assist in keeping the service lane organized and tidy.
• Valet guest vehicles into the appropriate service area for service and pickup.
• Support service writers and technicians with guest follow-up as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide excellent guest experiences
• Greet and guide guests to the appropriate service areas
• Assist in keeping the service lane clear and tidy
• Valet guest vehicles into the appropriate area for service and pick-up.
• Assist service writers, service manager and technicians in guest follow-up or communications as needed

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred
• Ability to drive both automatic & manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the service team
• Computer literacy & detailed follow-up
• Professional appearance and exceptional communications skills
