Qualifications

• Min 1-year previous doorperson experience or equivalent Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, personal demeanor with a willingness to interact.
• Provide professional and friendly guest services.
• Assist guests with entry to the venue.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Identify intoxicated or disruptive guests and report to Security.
• Communicate with management and other teams to ensure smooth entry and guest experience.
