Job summary

Convoy of Hope Global Headquarters in Springfield, MO is seeking a part-time Receptionist & Gate Attendant. You will professionally greet guests at the front desk or the gated entry and coordinate with the front desk for a smooth check-in experience.

Responsibilities include handling the main switchboard, assisting with admin tasks, supporting facilities, and collaborating with the Administration Director. The role requires strong customer service skills, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two or more years of customer service experience is required.
• Displays excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills for positively and professionally representing Convoy of Hope.

Responsibilities

• Processes all incoming calls to the main switchboard and greets all guests.
• Maintains the front desk and gate entry areas and supports administration team as needed.
• Communicates with Global Security and works with the Administration Director on duties.
