Job summary

Palace Entertainment is seeking an Admission Gate Attendant (14+) to welcome guests to the park and manage entry at the turnstiles in New York. You will greet guests, ensure smooth entry lines, and verify tickets or passes.

Responsibilities include bag checks, Cabana Check-In assistance, and stamping for re-entry. Candidates should be able to stand long periods and deliver friendly, attentive service while following park policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong customer service skills and enjoy working with people.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep lines moving quickly and efficiently.
• Check bags per park rules and safety regulations.
• Verify tickets or season passes and admit guests through the turnstile.
• Assist with Cabana Check-In and provide Cabana information.
• Stamp hands and check for re-entry stamps.
