• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and retain complete knowledge of front office procedures and policies.
• Head the Rooms team and manage training initiatives.
• Ensure guest service excellence during check-in and check-out.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room rates, packages and promotions.
• Monitor staff performance and adherence to Virgin brand standards.
