Kj's Market is seeking a Front End Leader to coach hosts and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will develop training programs, monitor performance, and partner with store leadership to improve guest experience while handling front-end operations.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to train others. This on-site role requires flexibility for peak shifts and physical tasks as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and partnering skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and front-end processes.
• Leadership experience with direct reports.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Observe, coach, and develop hosts to deliver friendly customer service.
• Maintain and review training plans and reports for staff performance.
• Conduct training needs assessments and provide coaching.
• Deliver on-the-job training and training materials.
• Manage hiring processes including sourcing and onboarding.
• Complete and maintain all training documentation.
• Ensure daily cash handling and front-end policy compliance.
