Job summary

Baxter Toyota of Lincoln is hiring a full-time Receptionist to welcome customers, route calls, and coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. The role emphasizes professional communication, courtesy, and efficient handling of inquiries in a busy dealership environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred
• Reception/administrative experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or person, or take a thorough message as needed.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Communicate with all guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
• Other duties as requested by management.
