Responsibilities

• Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for every client entering the studio.
• Greet clients, manage check-ins and pickups, and process payments with accuracy.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain organized, client-ready records.
• Manage calls, emails, and general administrative communication.
• Ensure garments move smoothly through the studio and coordinate with tailoring staff.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest process improvements.
