Job summary

TruFusion is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will create a welcoming environment, assist with classes, memberships, and studio amenities while upholding TruFusion values.

You will handle front desk operations, payments, and attendance tracking using MindBody and Sling, and collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth studio experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience in sales, reception and hospitality roles preferred but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and provide accurate information about classes, memberships, and amenities.
• Promote memberships, class packages, and retail products; assist with sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations; encourage class participation and referrals.
• Accurately manage front desk operations, process payments, and monitor class attendance; keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Utilize management software (e.g., MindBody, Sling) to manage member accounts, POS transactions, and timekeeping; clock in/out accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members, instructors, and management to ensure smooth studio operations; report issues or feedback promptly.
