Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly checking them in and out.
• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
• Post all charges accurately and promptly.
• Manage cash handling, including receiving payments and making change.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts and how to apply them.
• Handle reservations and procedures, including same-day bookings, cancellations and relocations.
