The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of the property. You will manage seamless check-ins/outs, share local recommendations, and ensure guests feel valued throughout their stay.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced hospitality setting. This role supports Davidson Hospitality Group’s luxury brand and offers growth within a historic upscale property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Exceptional communication skills essential.
• Very good computer skills needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless experiences.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with reservations and answer phone calls.
