The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, Washington, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for a memorable stay.

You will manage check-ins and check-outs, provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions, respond to inquiries, process payments, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless, guest-centric experience with professionalism and energy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Very good computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
