Job summary

MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa in Sonoma, CA seeks a Front Desk Guest Service Agent who provides warm, personalized service from arrival to departure. You will assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest questions, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.

Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and other teams to support daily operations, while maintaining attention to detail and a genuine, connection-driven approach to guest interactions.
