Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 21+ years of age; 1 year of experience in field or equivalent.
• Cashier or barista experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.
• Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge of company and department rules, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
• Process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Package orders with guest-preferred condiments.
• Maintain stocked and rotated food items.
• Provide prompt, friendly service to guests.
• Resolve guest issues to satisfaction and escalate as needed.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
