Job summary

You will maintain a clean work area, assist with stocking, and collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to uphold Forbes Five-Star service expectations. Experience in fast-paced coffee environments is preferred, and you must be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of guest service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain required licenses.
• Fluent in English with professional reading and writing skills.
• Experience preparing espresso-based beverages preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to all guests while upholding Wynn standards.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve espresso beverages, teas, and other items per recipes.
• Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.

• Stock and organize work area; assist with inventory and deliveries as needed.
