Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver excellent customer service, self-checkout handling, and food service tasks. You’ll work in a fast-paced travel plaza environment, stocking, cleaning, and assisting travelers with a friendly, upbeat attitude.

The role involves handling payments at the counter, following safety and brand standards, and performing various kitchen and serving tasks as needed to ensure a positive visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with travelers at the counter.
• Operate the POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash-handling policies.
• Prepare and serve food items and ensure proper portioning and labeling.
• Stock, clean, and maintain sanitary workstations and equipment.
• Support in food prep tasks, including packaging, wrapping, and basic cooking duties.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to customers to meet store goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered at the plaza.
• Adhere to brand standards, safety rules, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
