Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers in Amherst, OH, is seeking a Team Member – Full Time to deliver exceptional customer service, stock and clean the area, and handle payments at the point of sale in a busy travel plaza.

You will also assist in food preparation, maintain product quality, and follow safety procedures. The role requires standing for long periods and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with benefits such as health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for an extended period of time and lift at least 40 pounds.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing with the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Prepare, cook, package, wrap, and clean as needed in the kitchen area.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
