Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Amherst, Ohio seeks a full-time Team Member at the Middle Ridge Travel Plaza. You will deliver friendly service, handle cash, operate the POS, prepare and serve food, and keep stations clean and stocked to meet travelers' needs.

You should be able to stand long shifts, lift up to 40 pounds, work flexible days including nights and weekends, and follow brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or food service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, and stock management.
• Prepare and serve quality food and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
• Restock, clean, and sanitize equipment and surfaces.
• Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza offerings and promotions.
• Follow brand standards and safety policies.
• Perform additional tasks as required by business needs.
