Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers in Amherst, Ohio, is seeking a Part Time Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, clean and stock areas, and handle payments accurately. You will prepare and serve food, assist in a fast-paced plaza environment, and support travelers with a smile.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a commitment to brand standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for an extended period.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products and maintain product knowledge.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements and company policies.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
