Job summary

Burger King - 16003 - Watt is seeking a team member to deliver high levels of customer service by handling orders at the front counter or drive-thru, using the POS system, assembling items, and ensuring accuracy.

You will notify kitchen staff of shortages, serve meals and beverages, handle payments, maintain a clean, fast-paced work area, and contribute to a friendly, cooperative atmosphere with customers. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to take orders and operate a POS machine.
• Ability to assemble and package items accurately.
• Comfort with handling payments and giving change.

Responsibilities

• Requests customer order and uses POS machine to record order and compute bill at front counter or drive-thru.
• Selects requested food items and assembles items on serving tray or in takeout bag.
• Notifies kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders.
• Serves food and beverages and desserts.
• Receives payment and handles transactions.
• Cooks or supports food preparation and maintains clean areas.
• Demonstrates a friendly and cooperative manner toward customers.
