Job summary

KB Fast Foods, LLC. is seeking a Team Member for Burger King to provide exceptional guest service, take orders, process payments, and help maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.

The role involves working at multiple stations, from front counter to drive-thru, while following health and safety standards. You will handle cash transactions, input orders accurately, and support teamwork with Managers and other crew members.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide friendly service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Support various stations (front counter, drive-thru, prep) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices and uses suggestive-selling techniques.
• Verifies order accuracy and prepares/packs food and beverages.
• Keeps kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior grounds clean and organized.
• Upholds health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed and supports multiple stations.
• Attends shifts punctually and adheres to Burger King uniform policies.
• Works with team members to achieve goals and resolve guest issues.
