Job summary

• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Sell menu items and beverages with knowledge of service delivery and upselling.
• Maintain table cleanliness using a silent service approach.
• Itemize bills accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Keep assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations clean and stocked.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and communicate with staff to address requests.
