Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and well-trained crew. The role includes maintaining a clean line, managing equipment, and supporting service delivery across front-of-house operations.

You will contribute to staff development, schedule coordination, and occasional office tasks while embodying Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and strong cash-handling policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise and train crew; assist with crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Support frontline team development and performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supply management.
