Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while guiding a trained restaurant crew. You’ll keep an organized line, verify equipment works, and step in to complete tasks when needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring breaks, supporting food safety, coaching front-of-house staff, and helping with office duties. Prior restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and office admin duties.
• Support food safety policies and daily safety checklists.
• Assist in developing future Service Leaders.
