Job summary

Main Event is looking for a friendly Server Assistant to support our Server and ensure guests have an amazing experience. You’ll help with refills, pre-bussing, turning tables, and keeping dining areas spotless while greeting guests and taking drink orders.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!).
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required
• Communicates effectively
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
