Qualifications

• 1+ year of high-volume food running experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay positive and composed in a busy, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service in a high-volume environment.
• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and urgency.
• Check food for quality and consistency before delivery to guests.
• Stay organized and manage a high volume of take-out and in-house orders.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu and allergies.
• Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH to keep service running smoothly.
• Communicate guest concerns and issues to management.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties each shift.
• Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and flow of service.
