Job summary

Urth Caffé is seeking team members to join our in-person dining team in a fast-paced setting. You will organize the walk-in refrigerator, assist the kitchen with daily prep, and set up the expediter station while ensuring orders are complete and delivered promptly.

Greet guests professionally, manage takeout packaging, and restock supplies as needed. Team members must communicate in English, prioritize guest satisfaction, and operate safely in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English, with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Physical tasks in a fast-paced environment, including bending, reaching, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Organize walk-in refrigerator; receive, store, and date deliveries.
• Assist kitchen with daily food preparation.
• Set up and maintain expediter station.
• Prepare utensil roll-ups for kitchen use.
• Stock to-go supplies and package takeout orders.
• Ensure hot food items are delivered promptly and meet quality standards.
• Greet guests professionally and assist with service and inquiries.
• Deliver utensils, napkins, condiments, and side items as needed.
• Pre-bus tables and refill water for guests.
