Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Runner to serve meals, prep dining rooms, and maintain a clean, welcoming service area. Under the direction of the Manager, you will support servers and bussers and assist with setup and timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced resort setting.

The role requires at least one year of high-volume food service experience, a polished appearance, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of high-volume food service experience.
• Table service experience highly preferred.
• Must present a professional, upbeat appearance.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida policies.
• Work in a fast-paced, busy environment and maintain physical stamina.
• Completes all established set-up, stocking and closing duties on time.
• Clears, cleans and resets tables according to procedures.
• Maintains health and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Promotes positive guest/employee relations and delivers items timely.
