Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is hiring a Busser to prepare dining rooms, assist with seating, and maintain a clean, guest-ready dining environment. The ideal candidate has at least one year of high-volume food service experience and must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

You will support the dining team by stocking, setting tables, and clearing while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of high-volume food service experience.
• Must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct per Gaming Commission regulations and tribal policies.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with stamina.
• Set up, stock, and clean dining areas; prepare tables for guests.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain cleanliness around dining areas.
• Adhere to health and sanitation guidelines; maintain a courteous attitude.
