Wawa, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) who greets and serves customers, delivering the WOW in every interaction and helping create a bright, welcoming store atmosphere.

You will prepare breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages and pizzas; operate the cash register, manage payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and age verification; keep shelves fresh and stores clean, and follow all policies to ensure a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while keeping the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and age verification for restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
