You will greet fans, expedite orders, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with the hospitality team, while following Cosm's Pillars of Service and safety guidelines.

Excellent communication and a friendly, professional demeanor are required to deliver a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Ability to work well with team members in a fast-paced venue.
• Flexibility to support hospitality operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly with proper presentation.
• Assist with bussing, pre-bussing, and table resets throughout the venue.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, following guidelines and policies.
