Job summary

RRD is seeking a Corporate Event Lead to champion the guest experience across front-of-house touchpoints and to own the client space, ensuring it is welcoming, polished, and aligned with brand standards.

You will coordinate meetings, events, hospitality services, and daily workspace management for a hybrid workforce, training staff to deliver seamless, personalized experiences and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in receptionist or front-of-house roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Professional demeanor and attire required.
• Technologically adept and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Experience with A/V equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing spaces' presentation, functionality, and atmosphere reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure warm, efficient guest journeys from arrival to departure.
• Serve as primary contact and escalation point for client-facing services.
• Greet and escort guests to meeting rooms for a seamless welcome.
• Plan and execute meetings and events, including room setup, AV, catering, and logistics.
• Coordinate third-party hospitality services and in-room amenities.
• Use Book-It and Service Now to manage bookings and optimize space.
• Communicate with clients before/during/after events and gather feedback.
• Produce daily and post-event reports for teams and planning.
• Support and develop front-of-house staff to uphold service standards.
• Provide mentorship and foster professional presence.
• Keep shared spaces clean, functional, and ready for in-person/remote work.
• Monitor space usage and collaborate with facilities/IT.
• Support hybrid needs with hoteling offices and meeting rooms.
• Liaise with employees, guests, and support teams for seamless experience.
• Adopt tools to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Utilize new tools to streamline guest services and engagement.
• Manage digital room signage with real-time meeting info.
• Use task apps for QA, tracking, and coordination.
• Prepare for AI-powered booking and reporting tools integration.
• Conduct workspace inspections to ensure event readiness.
• Lead quality assurance for service delivery.
• Identify improvements for front-of-house strategies.
