lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Honolulu store. You will educate guests about product benefits, assist with purchases, and support seamless omnichannel options while maintaining a luxury store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest experiences and educate guests on product benefits.
• Assist guests with purchases, returns, and omnichannel options (buy online, pickup in store).
• Maintain merchandise presentation and restock floor from inventory.
• Operate in-store technology and support store operations.
• Move on the sales floor to assist guests and maintain showroom standards.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to improve service.
