lululemon is seeking a dedicated Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our NH store. You will educate guests on products, guide purchases, and support omnichannel programs while moving across the floor to engage customers actively.

Ideal candidates are passionate about guest service, collaborative, and flexible for evenings/weekends. The role emphasizes inclusivity and teamwork within a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work evidence (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Conduct accurate and timely guest transactions and omnichannel programs per standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
