lululemon is hiring an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores across the United States. You will educate guests on products, engage with the community, and support seamless omnichannel experiences such as buy online/pickup in store and ship-from-store.

The role emphasizes inclusion, teamwork, integrity, and enthusiasm while maintaining a luxury store environment. Eligibility includes 18+, flexible schedules, and ability to travel to assigned stores.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and respect guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action and make it right.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment and collaborate with teammates.
