Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering world-class guest service in retail.
• Ability to educate customers about products and benefits.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while respecting their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Support end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and assist store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to address issues.
