Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join the Housekeeping Team. This role involves coordinating guest and team requests, dispatching service, and supporting office operations to ensure smooth housekeeping functions at a luxury hotel.

You will log and track service requests, communicate room status with Front Office, and assist with payroll, inventory and guest feedback to uphold the property’s high standards of hospitality.

Formación

• Hospitality or hotel operations exposure preferred.
• Customer service mindset and teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate service requests from guests and team members and dispatch appropriate service.
• Log, track, and close service requests in the work order/PM system.
• Communicate room availability with Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
• Handle general office duties, scheduling staff, payroll, inventory and guest feedback.
