New York Racing Association (NYRA) seeks a Director, Guest Experience to lead hospitality at Belmont Park and Saratoga. You will craft strategy across arrival to departure, drive guest engagement, and ensure brand consistency.

You'll oversee admissions, ushers, tours, and guest services operations, coach a diverse team, manage budgets, and partner with operations, marketing, F&B, and facilities to deliver fan-first experiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or a related field.
• 6 years of guest or event service experience in managerial capacity.
• Experience with union environments.

Mansioni

• Lead the Guest Experience management team through coaching and resource support.
• Oversee admissions, ushers, tours, and guest services operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and CBAs; manage budget.
