Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Visalia, CA is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage waitlists, and assist with lane and equipment needs. You will also ring up sales and help with basic bowling instructions in a lively entertainment venue.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or equivalent, excellent telephone etiquette, and be at least 18 to meet alcohol service rules. Evening and weekend shifts are available with benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
