Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Greeter/Desk Attendant in Visalia, CA. You’ll welcome guests, manage the waitlist, track lane availability, and assist with basic bowling instructions in a lively entertainment venue.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or equivalent and excellent telephone etiquette; applicants must be 18+ and able to handle cash, operate the POS system, and work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting with fun rewards like free bowling and dining discounts.

Formación

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsabilidades

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
